A: The machine have free 12 months warranty from the date of arrival of goods (Except for consumables), the seller give the damage part(non-human damage) for free, but the buyer need pay the freight fee. And if buyer need seller company arrange technician to buyer side, the buyer need bear the fee, include the back and forth flight, Accommodation.
2. Q: I am the dealer, can I OEM the machine if I purchase your machines?
A: Yes, we can OEM for you, but the quantity you order must be large enough for us to customize them.
3. Q: When can I get the quotation?
A: We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent, please call/email us so we will deal your inquiry priority.
